Mission Statement
| The Caring Community Network of the Twin Rivers is a designated nonprofit organization located in an area of Central New Hampshire known as the Twin Rivers. The Caring Community Network of the Twin Rivers (CCNTR) actively promotes individual and environmental health as a fundamental requirement for healthy communities, while demonstrating strong leadership and a commitment to service. CCNTR researches and responds to community needs, facilitates organizational collaboration, and builds upon local strengths by embracing the whole community. |

CCNTR provides community leadership to create and coordinate more effective and efficient methods of health and social service delivery. We know that at times it can be difficult to get help. Some services are lacking, like public transportation, and other services need to be coordinated. There is much to do, in order to create a system that works for everyone, in this rural community. CCNTR is providing a place and a way for people to become involved in their community. We hope to be a resource to the Twin Rivers region, and make a positive difference.
