Assisting Agencies

The Caring Community Network of the Twin Rivers is committed to the development of collaborative working models within networks and provides technical assistance for the establishment of new networks in healthcare and human services arenas Statewide. It has been successful in garnering broad community support among various professional disciplines and within municipalities. The experience of working with other strong health and human service networks throughout the nation and the New England region, in order to find models that have been successful elsewhere, and adapt them to the needs of rural New Hampshire has proven effective. CCNTR has also developed new ways to bring services, programming and bridge gaps in rural New Hampshire, that can be adapted to work in other communities.

Through these efforts, CCNTR member agencies practice 'leadership by example'. CCNTR also has experienced, professional staff members who bring a wealth of knowledge and skill in many disciplines, all in support of the research, planning, convening, funding development, programming development, implementation, collaborative assessment, evaluation and reporting that make CCNTR a strong network.
